SRS (SiC slurry Recovery System)

1. Outline
Slurry is used during the sawing process of silicon ingot for semiconductors and solar light, creating slurry waste.
SILFINE’s SRS is a 21st-century environment-friendly business item which effectively separates SiC powder (cutting material) and PEG (dispersion material) from slurry wastes and then highly refines and regenerates. SRS provides our customers to cuts down the cost of production during the semiconductor ingot sawing process by 30~40%.

BRS (Back-lapping slurry Recycle System)

BRS is a world-first recycling system for slurry waste created from the back-lapping process of the final assembly stage of semiconductors.
After consecutively collecting DI water and silicon from slurry waste, the silicon is refined to be re-usable as solar energy-related material.

PRS (Pattern Removal System)

1. Outline
PRS is a recycling system using continuous surface processing technology. SILFINE sorts rejected wafers which were collected during semiconductor manufacturing process for various reasons.
In order to protect the intellectual property of our clients, such as circuits and patterns on wafers, SILFINE introduced a mechanical process to eliminate any environmentally-contaminating substances from discharge during operation.
